Thank you for shopping with Repayiti. We are proud to bring you premium, purpose-built apparel that celebrates Haiti's historic journey to the FIFA World Cup 2026. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we handle your order after checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are custom-printed and fulfilled on demand. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and prepared for shipment after your purchase is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship all domestic orders from within the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after fulfillment. Free shipping is available on all orders over $60. Exact delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to selected countries. International delivery times typically range from 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real time through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive the shipping confirmation.
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, unforeseen circumstances such as high order volumes, extreme weather, carrier delays, or customs clearance may affect delivery times. Repayiti is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@repayiti.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
